This was my first float and it was amazing! From the moment I walked in, I felt so welcome. Speaking with Matt and Joe about the float before and after along with information about the beautiful art, unique pieces, and products for sale in the shop was a great experience in itself. The tanks are incredible— I’ve never felt anything like it. I highly recommend The Flo for anyone looking to relax and recharge.

Owner was very passionate, welcoming, knowledgeable and welcoming. Atmosphere is very relaxed, and loved all of the inventory for sale. I have chronic pain due to a spinal fracture and back surgery (rods and screws). Floating for my first 60 months was literally amazing (that word is overused. I literally mean I was amazed). I cannot remember a time I have felt no pain at this point, but I think I got a close as possible during my first visit. I will absolutely be visiting again, hopefully monthly. I sincerely thank you so much.

I had a great experience. The staff was kind, patient, understanding and very helpful before and after my float. I highly recommend this experience at this establishment for anyone who needs to decompress/recharge.

I had a magical and wonderful experience for my first float here. Matthew was a great host and took care of making sure I felt safe and comfortable. The space itself was extremely calming upon entering with incense and crystals on display, creating a zen atmosphere. The float room was extremely clean and the special lighting was so calming. The 90 minute float was perfect for my first time, even though at first I was nervous it would be too long. It went by so fast I could’ve stayed floating for another hour! Afterwards I felt like I was floating and super light, like all the heaviness drained out of me. Highly recommend as a tool over time for nervous system regulation. Thank you Matthew! 🥰

Been going to the Flo for over 6 years now and it is by far the greatest experience you could imagine for rest, relaxation, pain relief and just overall mental clarity. It’s become an important part of my life and I couldn’t thank them enough for all that they do. Great place to step in and check out!

This was a very unique experience. I was relatively skeptical, however, my husband said his first float session was so amazing that he bought several more & brought me with him. It took about the first 25 min or so for my body to acclimate fully, & then I really started to feel the weightlessness & suspension put my body in a higher state of relaxation & almost a twilight state of consciousness. It decompressed my spine (really!) & my back, neck, & leg pain was gone when I was done. The owner was very friendly, & explained the entire process thoroughly. He also offered us a free (healthy)drink & there was an array of local or small business items for sale there (especially stones, herbs, soaps, etc) as well as a lot of beautiful art throughout the building. Definitely want to return! ☺️

Got a gift card here and didn’t know what to expect. It was an awesome experience! Exactly the type of hard reset I needed in my life. I feel like I am about to take a LEGENDARY sleep tonight. Thanks to the dude at the counter for being my pre-float Sherpa. I will totally be gifting this to family next year.

Wow... I was reeeeeeeeeeally hesitant to try because I do not typically do well in small spaces. Once I was in the tank and got into a comfy position, though, I felt like I was in a hugely expansive space. Plus, Joe explained everything so easily that it wasn't hard for me to stop overthinking hah... speaking of overthinking, I thought I'd do a bunch of that, but my mind cleared quickly. I live with Lupus that, for me, affects my entire body. I have been in pain since the 2000's because of having abused my body while being a competitive dancer and cheerleader for 20-ish years. My lovely Lupus monster attacks every injury I have ever had, all stinking day and I typically take eons to get moving after lying down a while (especially waking up in the morning) and I wander through the days swollen head to toe. It's whatever bc it's been so long and most things I've tried dont really help. That's life i figured... Honestly though, this was mind blowingly relaxing. Maybe 5 minutes in, I started to feel my muscles all let go. My spine was clearly lengthening bc it popped into place on it's own here and there as it let go. My neck did the same. Admittedly, I fell asleep. Hah! I am NOT a great sleeper and definitely did not think I could fall asleep in water but, here we are. I came out with the softest skin and hair I have had in eons, able to wiggle my toes and fingers more than ever and almost feeling off kilter because my spine was straight and I had reeeeeeeeeeally gotten used to it being crooked. I went yesterday and today, I still feel soft, relaxed, aligned and in significantly less pain than usual. I have a bunch more energy than usual, too. ...I might already be addicted 😬
